Built in 2006, Eve Lyn’s Guest House is a picturesque, two-bedroom house, nestled in a beautiful garden in the township of Warburton. It offers spectacular views, visiting bird life, and a comfortable spacious place to unwind, away from the hustle & bustle of suburbia.
Warburton itself is a 15-minute enjoyable walk away and offers many café’s, shops, and places of interest to visit. Situated on the Yarra River, there are numerous beautiful spots for a picnic and a play in the water.
About our facilities...
Eve Lyns Guest House was granted 3 1/2 stars by AAA Tourism in September 2007.
The Guest House boasts two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six people. In order to make your stay as easy and pleasurable as possible, facilities include;
- a private bathroom and laundry.
- a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering purposes (basic food items and snacks are available for purchase here).
- Reverse cycling air conditioning, to ensure maximum comfort.
- A flat screen TV
- A beautiful new swimming pool by arrangement, during summer.
- A private courtyard containing a BBQ area boasting a wonderful view.
Birdlife also frequently visit the feeder on the varanda and are wonderful to watch from the spacious longeroom area.
Children & pets welcome
Children are more than welcome here and we offer several things specifically to assist. This includes a toy box full of new things for them to explore, to help keep them busy and entertained while you put your feet up.
